How do I track the delivery of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation with a tracking number so you can see the delivery progress at any time.

Can I return my order if it doesn't fit?

The return of goods purchased in the OFC online store is carried out in cases and under the conditions regulated by the "Law of Ukraine on Consumer Rights Protection".

You can return a product that does not fit within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, provided that the product appearance, packaging, labels are preserved, and the product does not have any signs of use.

How can I make a replacement?

We are pleased to announce that all our orders are shipped in special branded boxes with a handwritten card.

Delivery and payment

You can pay for your order:

  • online when placing an order (Privat24, Visa MasterCard, Apple Pay, monopay, PayPal)
  • cash on delivery (postpay)

DELIVERY IN UKRAINE

It is carried out by the Nova Poshta service at the expense of the Buyer.
If cash on delivery is selected, delivery is carried out according to Nova Poshta tariffs, and the delivery cost includes a money transfer fee.
Delivery times are 1-3 business days. Depending on the availability of the goods in stock, the terms may be extended (in this case, the manager will notify you by email).
Parcels are stored at the post office for 6 days, after which they are automatically returned.

COURIER DELIVERY

Delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta courier. The possibility of delivery on weekends and holidays is decided individually.

DELIVERY TO OTHER COUNTRIES

Delivered by Nova Poshta (5-14 days) with full payment.
The cost of delivery will depend on the country and the dimensions of the package. Our manager will contact you to clarify the details.
After your order is shipped, you will receive a declaration number by which you can track the package.

International shipments may be subject to mandatory customs clearance in the country of destination.

Delivery to the territory of Russia and Belarus is not available.

Returns and exchanges

RETURN PROCEDURE FOR CLOTHES PURCHASED IN OUR STORE

The return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights". Within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase, you can return the goods provided that:

  • the product was not in use
  • all tags and labels saved
  • the integrity of the kit is not compromised
  • it does not fall into the list of goods of proper quality, the return of which is limited by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (resolution of March 19, 1994 No. 172)
  • completed form
    If these points are not met, the items are not returnable and will be sent back at the Buyer's expense.

RETURN OF GOODS THROUGH THE NEW POST DELIVERY SERVICE:

  • fill out the form. 
  • enclose a sales receipt
  • make sure that the product is eligible for return, according to the described conditions

Payment for parcel delivery is at the expense of the sender (Buyer).

You can also use the ''Easy Return'' service from Nova Poshta.

Wait for your refund:

A store employee will inspect the product to verify the fact of use. The approximate refund period is 7 banking days for the details specified in the form or through the payment system on the website.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

Exchange of goods is possible within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods and payment document.
The return of the goods is carried out only if it is of proper quality.
A good quality product means a product that has retained its presentation and consumer properties.
Within 14 days from the date of receipt, you are guaranteed to be able to return the purchased product if it does not suit you in color, size, or style.
